Wondering when to arrive & depart?
The OSIsoft Super Regional 2018 begins Monday, August 20 with a subset of the registrants attending one of a number of special interest workshops or the PI System 101 Product Introduction & Overview.  
The full conference General Session begins Tuesday, August 21 with breakfast at 8:30 AM and first session starting at 10 AM.  
The event concludes Wednesday, August 22 with a closing Networking Reception ending at 5 PM.

Hotel

The OSIsoft special conference rate is $189 plus tax for the Fairmont Room.  This rate includes complimentary in room Wireless Internet and complimentary use of the Balance Gym, a 17,000 sq. ft. gym with an indoor pool is included with all room types reserved in the OSIsoft Room Block.

Check in time is 4:00 PM on day of arrival.  Check out time is 1:00 PM on day of departure.

The special conference rate is offered 3 days pre and post of the event based on availability.  The special rate expires July 26, 2018.  Link for hotel registration is provided at the end of the registration process and in your confirmation email.

Guest Activities

Traveling with Family?

If you have family travelling with you, the Fairmont offers a Children’s Menu for children 6 to 12 years or 50% off Regular Menu prices.  Children 5 years and under are complimentary based on Children’s Menu. 

Changes and/or Cancellations

To make changes to your conference registration email NAMevents@osioft.com with your request.
You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you mail NAMevents@osisoft.com with notification by August 6, 2018.  Cancellations received by July 20, 2018 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.  Confirmed registrants who cancel after July 20th or "no show" will be charged the full amount.
 
To make changes to your Hotel Registration click the link in the Hotel Confirmation email you received when completing your room registration.  Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges.
