Cindy Crow has over 30 years Oil & Gas industry experience in the use and application of information technologies to improve the performance and profitability in all segments of the Oil & Gas Industry. Her career includes drilling, reservoir, operations, process and facilities engineering disciplines for Chevron and Mobil Oil. She worked in the specialty chemical area in a variety of roles for Baker Petrolite and Nalco Chemical. Prior to joining OSIsoft 4 years ago, she worked 13 years for Schlumberger in a variety of roles in four countries as a Production software business leader.
At OSIsoft she has been focusing on Big Data, IoT, AI and ML and leveraging the growth in smart sensors, business intelligence, and analytical methods using the OSIsoft PI System as a contextual infrastructure. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in International Business.

Dr. Balu Karthikeyan is a Sr. Technical Advisor and the Industry Champion for Datacenters, Smart Cities, and Facilities at OSIsoft. Balu started working for OSIsoft after receiving his PhD in August 2007. Over the last 12.5 years he has handled customer-facing roles in Tech Support, Customer Success Management, and currently in Customer Success Services team. Balu gets assigned on customer initiatives involving PI AF, Analytics, Batch, RtReports, Event Frames, & PI Integrator line of products. He is one of the go-to persons for service activities pertaining to Pharma/Bio, Renewable, Facilities & Data Centers industry verticals.
