Kelsey Bobeck is a Senior Analyst with DSA’s Energy and Environmental Management practice, serving as the company’s Practice Lead for OSIsoft. She is currently leading the PI System modernization and build-out at a client’s Liquid Natural Gas terminal and was the lead consultant responsible for the PI implementation at the University of Maryland. In addition to her extensive work with the PI System, Kelsey has been involved in a variety of federal, state, and local projects ranging from nuclear cyber security assessments to ASHRAE audits to supporting advanced manufacturing programs focused on innovative energy management concepts. She is a graduate of George Washington University and completed a post-graduate program in Sustainable Energy Systems at the University of Edinburgh’s School of Engineering. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys traveling and volunteering with a local animal rescue group.
