Tim Barnes is qualified Electrical Engineer graduating from the University of Technology, Sydney in 1986. Tim has been employed with TransGrid and the Electricity Commission of NSW for 33 years. During his career he's spent time in Planning, Projects, Asset Management, Substation Management, Construction Management, Privatisation and Networks Operations. He is currently the Asset Monitoring Centre Manager within Network Operations and is responsible for the operational management of TransGrid's Assets
