Scott Smith is the Global Industry Principal for Facilities and Data Centers where he works with potential, new and existing customers on driving adoption of the PI System to find value that meets the objectives of your organizations.

Scott spent the first 17 years of his career within the power industry, where he focused on running data centers and the design and implementation of enterprise systems and large data projects. Scott started his transition to understand the consumption of energy and the impact on facilities as he worked on global smart metering projects.

Scott has been with OSIsoft since 2016 and brings balanced experience from being a Center of Excellence Engineer architecting PI Solutions for customer as well as an Enterprise Program Manager for large customers and projects.

Scott also created the PI Facility Solution for our own San Leandro Tech Campus.
