Teresa joined OSIsoft in 2009 as a Customer Support Engineer. She became a Field Service Engineer and stayed in that role until 2014. At that time she went to work with the Academic Team at OSIsoft and became the Academic Program Manager. In that role she assisted with the development and deepening of academic engagements. She returned to a more technical customer focused role as a Systems Engineer in 2017. She enjoys working on advanced projects and teaching customers how to get the most out of their PI System.
