Bill Hankins is a Digital Health Specialist for the Caterpillar Mining Productivity Solutions team. He works with mining customers across the globe to help provide solutions when it comes to asset health, condition monitoring and analytics. Bill brings 20 years of experience working with digital solutions across multiple industries at Caterpillar including: Electric Power, Marine, Mining, Oil & Gas, and Rail. Additionally, Bill is a domain expert in the use of OSIsoft products with Caterpillar equipment and has served as an internal consultant in this space. He has been a key person in developing Caterpillar Equipment Health solutions in both technical design and customer support.
