Unilever-Chicago deployed the PI System in as a pilot in 2018 and immediately gained great results in discovering waste reduction opportunities.  Partnered with Stone Technologies, Unilever immediately deployed the PI system into Production in early 2019 and the Asset Framework, Analytics, Notifications and PI Vision is a major part of the site plans to improve Operations through OEE and a Plant Mass Balance.  This system has also been integrated to Unilever’s Global IIoT Digital Factory effort in Azure.
