Ricky is System Engineer at OSIsoft. Before that, he has worked as a techsupport engineer, development support engineer, field service engineer within the organization since June 2011. He has a software engineering degree from the University of Calgary and he has an interest in software development. He is a cyber security champion within OSIsoft and he knows a lot about hosting the PI System in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. He has a strong interest to help his customer accelerate the journey and get more value out of the PI System.
